Royal Jordanian Airlines (Arabic: ?????????????? ????????????????; transliterated: al-Malakiyah al-Orduniyah) is an airline based in Amman, Jordan, operating scheduled international services over four continents. Its main base is Queen Alia International Airport (AMM), Amman. Royal Jordanian is a member of the Arab Air Carriers Organization and the Oneworld global airline alliance. The airline won the Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation award for Airline Turnaround of the Year 2006 on 9 November 2006.[1] The airline operates over 350 flights per week, with the capabilities to transport 45,000 passengers internationally per week.
